About
Ian Morris is a passionate Illustrator with an authentic illustrative voice. He spends time observing his charming hometown, Manchester. Which, he believes lends inspiration for his characterful and whimsical illustrations.
Ian has worked on a variety of commissions including Every Word Tells A Story by Tom Read Wilson (Quarto), The Library Book by Gabby Dawnay (Thames & Hudson), Alfie’s First Fight by Oliver Sykes (Stories Of Care) and previously worked as monthly Illustrator for Prospect Magazine’s Upfront article section as well as developing his own projects. Ian is enthusiastic about encouraging reading and drawing for children, as a Literacy Champion with the National Literacy Trust for Manchester Central Library.
